Jarvis V. Hollingsworth is Vice Chairman of Irradiant Partners, LP, an alternatives investment advisor with $10.6 billion in assets that focuses on investments in renewable energy private equity and credit, and liquid and private credit. Previously, he served as the Secretary/General Counsel of Kayne Anderson Capital Advisors, L.P. in Los Angeles, and as a Partner in the law firm of Bracewell LLP in Houston, Texas. Jarvis currently serves as a Director of Vital Energy, Inc. (NYSE: VTLE). He also serves as Chairman of the board of trustees of the Teacher Retirement System of Texas, a $200 billion pension trust fund, and as a Director of the Memorial Hermann Health System. Jarvis serves on the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas Financial Sector Advisory Council and is Chair of the Milken Institute Inclusive Capital Executive Council. He is a former director of Frost Bank and its holding company, Cullen/Frost Bankers, Inc. (NYSE:CFR); and Core Scientific, Inc. (NASDAQ; CORZ), the largest Blockchain infrastructure, hosting provider and digital asset miner in North America. Jarvis received a B.S. from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point and served on active and reserve duty in the U.S. Army upon graduation. He received his J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center. Jarvis resides in Houston, Texas with his wife Andrea, and they have three adult children.
