Kristina Kloberdanz

Chief Sustainability Officer, Macquarie Asset Management

Kristina is the Chief Sustainability Officer for Macquarie Asset Management (MAM), responsible for the firm’s environmental, social, and governance (ESG) commitments, which includes managing its global portfolio to meet net zero emissions by 2040. 
Before joining Macquarie, Kristina was Chief Sustainability Officer for Mastercard and spent two decades at IBM leading global corporate responsibility strategy, integration, and brand reputation.
Kristina previously served on the boards of the Corporate Responsibility Officers Association and the Advisory Board of Outward Bound International. She has a passion for the arts and was formerly a member of the Corporate Advisory Board for New York City Ballet’s School of American Ballet and the boards of Dallas Ballet, Ballet Oklahoma, and the New York Junior League. She previously chaired the World Economic Forum’s Trillion Trees US Stakeholder Council. 
She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University.
