Ashleigh Johnson is a 3x Olympian, 2x Olympic gold medalist, and a trailblazing water polo goalkeeper. As the first Black woman to represent Team USA in water polo, she has redefined what’s possible in the sport, inspiring the next generation of athletes. A dominant force in goal, she helped lead Team USA to back-to-back Olympic gold medals, cementing her legacy as one of the greatest goalkeepers in history. Beyond the pool, Ashleigh is passionate about mentorship, public speaking, and creating more opportunities for women in sports. She has worked with brands like Lacoste and Ralph Lauren, using her platform to champion diversity, resilience, and excellence. Committed to expanding access to swimming, she co-founded Johnson Sister’s Swim Program, a learn-to-swim initiative dedicated to empowering communities with essential water safety skills. Currently, she’s exploring entrepreneurship, public speaking, and brand partnerships—with a keen interest in launching her own skincare line.
