D’Juan is a mission-driven leader at the intersection of workforce development, public policy, and leadership innovation. As Deputy Director of the Veteran and Military Family Program at the George W. Bush Institute, he leads initiatives that expand higher education access, economic mobility, and health outcomes for veterans. His work bridges public and private sectors, shaping cross-sector solutions that strengthen veteran well-being and national resilience. A former naval officer with 14 years of service, D’Juan’s leadership spans military, nonprofit, and corporate sectors. He has advised government agencies, think tanks, and industry leaders on veteran affairs, workforce strategy, and philanthropic impact. A sought-after public speaker, D’Juan has moderated high-profile conversations, including a discussion on The Six Triple Eight with Ambassador Nicole Avant and senior military leaders. D’Juan serves on multiple boards, including Veterans for All Voters, where he advances civic engagement and electoral reform. He is a Term Member of the Council on Foreign Relations and a Truman National Security Project member. A George W. Bush Presidential Scholar and Indiana University Outstanding Young Alumni nominee, D’Juan holds an MBA from UC Berkeley. He lives in Dallas with his wife and three sons.
