
Emilio Cadena is the CEO of Prodensa, a company specializing in strategy, start-up, and operational support for manufacturing firms. With a background in Mechanical Engineering from Monterrey TEC and an MBA from the University of Hartford, he has over 30 years of experience driving Foreign Direct Investment.He has played a key role in supporting over 1,000 projects across Mexico and internationally. Emilio holds prominent leadership positions, including Chairman of the Board of Directors at the US-Mexico Foundation in Washington D.C. and board member of Mexico’s Business Council (CCE). He co-chairs the Trade Facilitation Working Group of the US-Mexico CEO Dialogue and serves on the board of the American Chamber of Commerce Mexico.Additionally, he advises the CCE President on North American affairs and is a Steering Committee member for USMCA negotiations. Previously, he was President of INDEX (Mexico’s Manufacturers for Export Council) and the Manufacturer for Export Association of Nuevo Leon. He also served on the board of the Nuevo Leon Chamber of Industry.Emilio’s leadership and expertise in international trade and business strategy make him a key figure in strengthening economic ties between Mexico and the U.S.
