Executive Co-Chairman, Hamilton Lane

Hartley Rogers is Executive Co-Chairman of Hamilton Lane and one of its major shareholders. A full-time member of the firm, he plays significant roles in investing and client relationship activities, as well as in strategic and organizational development. He is a member of various Investment Committees and is the Co-Chairman of the Board of Directors. With over $956.1 billion in assets under management and supervision as of December 31, 2024, Hamilton Lane is a leading private markets asset management firm, the largest investor in private markets funds globally, and a major player in the co-investment and secondary fields. Since its IPO in 2017, Hamilton Lane has been one of the top-performing asset management stocks. Hartley and his wife, Amy Falls, Vice President and Chief Investment Officer for Northwestern University, live in the Chicago area. Engaged philanthropists, they have committed more than $90 million to numerous enterprises to support access to education and opportunity for all. Hartley is actively involved with or on the boards of organizations including: the Institute of International Education (which manages the Fulbright Scholar program), Harvard University, the Council on Foreign Relations, Bessemer Securities, and others. Hartley is a graduate of Harvard College and Harvard Business School.
