Karl Kuchel is the Head of Infrastructure for the Americas for Macquarie Asset Management and also serves as the Chief Executive Officer for the Macquarie Infrastructure Partners (MIP) series of funds. Karl has been part of the MIP investment team for more than 20 years and now leads the team, which focuses on infrastructure investments in the Americas region and currently has approximately 30 portfolio companies across the energy, transportation, waste management, utilities and digital sectors. Karl holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honors) and a Bachelor of Laws from The University of Queensland in Brisbane, Australia.
