
Pauline is the founder of KAIROS, an advisory firm guiding next-generation family business and family office leaders in reimagining how private wealth can be a catalyst for transformative societal and environmental change. She supports families and individuals in aligning their full spectrum of capital—across business, investments, and philanthropy—with shared values and a long-term vision for impact. A fifth-generation member of an industrial family, Pauline brings deep personal insight into the evolving role of legacy wealth in advancing systems leadership and responsible stewardship across generations. She serves on the board of the Eva Ahlström Foundation and as Vice President of le Cercle de la Philanthropie, advancing collaboration and innovation within Switzerland’s philanthropic sector. She holds a Master’s in Strategic Marketing from Imperial College London and a Diploma of Advanced Studies in Strategic and Operational Philanthropy from the University of Geneva.
