Shannon Razsadin

CEO, Military Family Advisory Network

Shannon Razsadin is CEO of the Military Family Advisory Network (MFAN), a nonprofit dedicated to serving military families through a data-informed, responsive approach. Shannon is a subject matter expert on military family well-being, including economic, food, and housing securities. She is a regular contributor to national news media and is called on for thought leadership by diverse military-civilian audiences. Shannon served on the Department of Defense’s Military Family Readiness Council under two administrations, a congressionally mandated advisory committee that reports to the Secretary of Defense in order to review, evaluate, and monitor DoD’s military family readiness initiatives. Her data-driven, collaborative approach to solving the critical, evolving issues facing military families has been embraced by elected officials, military leadership, Fortune 500 executives, and peers alike. Shannon received her B.A. from Merrimack College and her M.A. from George Washington University. She resides in Rhode Island with her husband, a recently retired service member, and two children.
