Dr. Allan Zeman is the Chairman of the Lan Kwai Fong Group, a key property developer in Hong Kong’s vibrant Lan Kwai Fong district. Under his leadership, the company has expanded into cities like Chengdu and the Greater Bay Area. He also owns Paradise Properties Group in Thailand, known for luxury developments such as Andara Resort and Villas. Dr. Zeman serves on several boards, including as an independent non-executive director for companies listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, and is the Non-Executive Chairman of Wynn Macau Limited. His community contributions include being Chairman of Hong Kong Ocean Park and serving on the West Kowloon Cultural District Authority. He has been involved with the Airport Authority of Hong Kong and the HKSAR Chief Executive Council of Advisors, providing strategic guidance on development and tourism.
