Chris Ngoi is the Chief Strategy and Business Officer of Libeara, a venture wholly owned and incubated by SC Ventures, the innovation, fintech investment, and ventures arm of Standard Chartered. He drives Libeara's go-to-market and business development objectives. In addition, Chris also currently lectures on the topic of Blockchain, AI, and Privacy Enhancing Technology at the Singapore Management University. In his free time, he volunteers as a start-up mentor and advisor, including those incubated by Tribe and Tenity. He was most recently with KPMG as the Director of Blockchain and Crypto, leading and developing the practice.
