
Mr. Dorjkhand Togmid serves as the Deputy Prime Minister of Mongolia, overseeing investment, trade, procurement, and energy reform. He has been a member of the State Great Khural (Parliament) of Mongolia since 2020 and is the leader of the HUN Party, one of the country's three major political parties. Before entering Parliament, Mr. Dorjkhand held key positions in both national and international financial institutions. He served as the Head of Department at the Ministry of Finance of Mongolia and later as an advisor to the Executive Director for the Asia-Pacific region at the International Monetary Fund (IMF) in the United States. Mr. Dorjkhand earned his degree in finance and economics from the National University of Mongolia. In 2004, he obtained a master’s degree in public policy from Hitotsubashi University in Japan. Additionally, he has completed executive education programs at the Harvard Kennedy School in Cambridge and the Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford in the United Kingdom.
