Janet is a member of the firm’s Senior Leadership Team. As head of Asia Pacific (APAC), she oversees our business and strategy in the region and focuses on enhancing cohesion across teams and geographies to accelerate our long-term goals and success. Based in the Singapore office, she is also responsible for overseeing operations, providing business leadership, governance, and supervision of the Singapore and South East Asia business. Additionally, she contributes to discussions on resourcing, talent development, and recognition of our APAC employees. As head of investments, APAC, Janet oversees our investors and directors who manages investment talent in the region. She also ensures that they have the appropriate resources to serve the firm’s clients, works on strategic and tactical business issues for the team, and represents the group in meetings with clients, consultants, and prospects. Janet is a member of the Capital Commitments Committee, Global Compensation & Talent Committee, APAC Compensation & Talent Committee, and the CEO Management Team. She is member of the boards of directors of Wellington Management Japan, Wellington Management Singapore, and chair of WPFM Shanghai board. Prior to her current responsibilities, Janet was head of office for Hong Kong since 2019. She was a director in the Investment Strategy Team based in Boston during 2011 – 2019 where she managed an Investment Team with capabilities in factor allocation, and manager research.
