Mrs. Priscila Rodrigues has over 25 years of experience in the Brazilian financial markets and is the Chair of the Brazilian Private Equity and Venture Capital Association (ABVCAP). For the last 14 years, she has been Managing Partner at Crescera Capital, a leading Brazilian private equity and venture capital firm. Before this endeavor, she held leadership roles at Plural Capital, Houlihan Lokey, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, and Pacific Investimentos, in São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro and New York. Mrs. Rodrigues holds a BA from Fundação Getulio Vargas and an MBA from Columbia Business School, concentrating on Private Equity and Real Estate. She serves as Chairwoman of the Board of Hospital Care and as a board member of Grupo Zelo and Vita Participações. Mrs. Rodrigues has also served on the boards of companies such as Rede Oba, Grupo Salus, Semantix, Hortifruti, and Villa Germania. Additionally, she is a member of the Public Policy Council at LAVCA and the Chair of the Latin American Council at GPCA.
