Mr. Citrone founded Discovery Capital Management, LLC, an investment management firm, in 1999. The Firm specializes in cross-asset class investing, long and short, in global financial markets, including emerging markets. Mr. Citrone joined Tiger Management in 1995 as a managing director to head global emerging market investments, and was responsible for strategic investment recommendations on currencies, fixed income and equities. He joined Fidelity Investments in 1990, where he established and managed the Emerging Market Fixed Income and Currency Group. He was also a fund manager for a number of emerging market mutual funds and sub-portfolios. Prior to graduate school, Mr. Citrone worked in the fixed income trading group at First Boston, specializing in emerging market credit research. Mr. Citrone holds an M.B.A. from the Darden School at the University of Virginia where he graduated as a Shermet Scholar, and has a B.S. in Honors Math and Economics from Hampden-Sydney College. Mr. Citrone and his wife are the largest non-Rooney owners of their hometown football team, the Pittsburgh Steelers. They have been owners for over 15 years, and they serve on the Board of Trustees.
