Marisa Drew is co-head of the EMEA investment banking and capital markets division of Credit Suisse, based in London. She serves on the UKIB executive committee and the EMEA reputational risk and global leadership committees. Drew, who has worked in investment banking for 30 years, joined Credit Suisse in 2003 to establish the leveraged finance origination group. Previously, she worked for Merrill Lynch for 11 years and was instrumental in the forming of its European leveraged finance group. In 2013, the BBC recognized Drew as one of the Most Powerful Women in Britain. She appeared in Financial News' lists of the 100 Most Influential Women in Finance from 2007 to 2015 and the top 10 investment bankers in Europe from 2013 to 2015. Drew founded the Competitors' Diversity Forum and is a member of C200, an organization of top women in business. She sits on the advisory board of Room to Read. Drew holds a B.A. in finance and marketing from the University of Virginia's McIntire School of Commerce and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School.
