James Morgon is the managing director of the Milken Institute, Europe. Headquartered in London, Morgon is responsible for accelerating the Institute's development and programmatic growth in the UK and Europe, including forming relationships, engaging financial supporters and bringing the Institute's programming to the attention of influential leaders across sectors. He also helps oversee the development of the London Summit. Prior to joining the Institute, Morgon was managing partner of a family office in London. He identified local and international investment opportunities and led the firm's deal team through due diligence and acquisition. Earlier, Morgon worked in investment banking and wealth management in London, New York and Sao Paulo, Brazil, and founded an award-winning energy company that helped more than 2,000 UK nonprofits reduce their consumption while creating sustainable employment for disabled and disadvantaged people. Morgon holds a degree in investment and financial risk management from Cass Business School, London.
