Stefan is the head of the firm’s client platform, which includes the firm’s product management, fund sponsor, business development, client service and marketing functions. He is a member of the Operating Committee and the board of directors of Wellington Management International Limited (WMIL). As vice chair, Stefan is a senior member of the firm’s Management Team and acts as an aide to the CEO and president with respect to the strategic initiatives and external affairs of the organization, with a focus on representing our firm with clients, prospects, government and industry organizations, and other stakeholders.
