Frank Fannon is currently managing director of Fannon Global Advisors, a strategic advisory focused on geopolitics, energy transition, and market transformation. Frank also advised the Secretary of State where energy served as proxy for broader foreign policy issues. Frank led whole-of-government initiatives in the Indo-Pacific, Americas, Europe, Eastern Mediterranean, and Middle East to foster transparent, open markets and resilient supply chains. Prior to his time at the State Department, Frank was managing director of BHP’s U.S. corporate affairs function and served as the principal U.S. adviser to the company’s foundation.
