Kate Richard is Founder, Chief Executive Officer and Co-Chief Investment Officer of Warwick Investment Group and has been involved in all phases of Warwick’s development since founding the firm in 2010. Kate is a member of the firm’s Investment, Valuation and Compliance Committees.Prior to founding Warwick, Kate worked at MSD Capital, Michael Dell’s private investment fund in New York, making public and private investments in the natural resources space globally. Previously, she invested in public and private debt and equity of mining and energy companies for Serengeti Asset Management, a multi-strategy investment fund based in New York. She began her career at Goldman Sachs, working in real estate private equity and investment banking in New York, London and Paris. Kate previously served on the Boards of Directors of Flotek Industries, Inc. (NYSE: FTK), Imerys, SA (EPA: NK), a Paris-based industrial conglomerate and Abraxas Petroleum Corp (NASD: AXAS).Kate graduated from Harvard College with a Bachelor’s degree in history and a focus on post-colonial theory.
