Paul Oliver joined the Emirates Investment Authority ("EIA"), the Sovereign Wealth Fund for the Federal Government of the United Arab Emirates, shortly after its formation in 2008. He heads the Private & Alternative Credit team, responsible for investment allocations across both Fund and Co-investments. Mr. Oliver is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales having worked for Arthur Andersen in London, prior to commencing his career in alternative and structured credit with London based alternative asset managers, prior to joining EIA. He has an MBA from Manchester Business School and and undergraduate honours degree in Accounting & Finance.
