Dr. Samer Haj-Yehia is a leading executive and public figure with a global track record. Currently, he is the Co-founder and Executive Chairman of Nevo Investment and ExBorder Partners, Chairman of the SAB of Vintage Investment, Chairman of the Audit Committee of Lemonade Insurance (NYSE: LMND) and Senior Of-Counsel at Herzog law firm. He consults entrepreneurs and boards of startups and leads major M&As and business development globally. He works extensively with regulators and senior state officials worldwide. He is an adjunct professor of economics and fintech at Reichman University and speaks regularly at global conferences. Dr. Haj-Yehia has extensive executive chairperson and board member experience across multiple industries and public committees. Until recently, he was Executive Chairman of Bank Leumi, leading it to become the largest and most efficient, profitable and innovative bank in the country. He has been the only Israeli Arab chairman of a publicly traded Israeli company and the youngest chairman of Bank Leumi. While in the US, he practiced investment management, trading and fintech innovation. He won numerous prestigious awards in teaching and research, including from Harvard, Reichman and the Hebrew University. Dr. Haj-Yehia holds from MIT a PhD in economics; from the Hebrew University- an LLB in law, MBA (summa cum laude), MA in economics (magna cum laude), and a BA in accounting (magna cum laude). He is admitted to the Israeli Bar and is a CFA charterholder.
