Stephanie Rader

Global Co-Head of Alternatives Capital Formation, Goldman Sachs Asset Management

Stephanie is global co-head of Alternatives Capital Formation within Goldman Sachs Asset Management, with responsibility for capital raising, product strategy, research and investor relations across private equity, private credit, real estate, infrastructure, sustainability and hedge funds/liquid alternatives. She is a member of the Asset & Wealth Management (AWM) New Activity Committee, AWM Private Credit Investment Committee and AWM Inclusion and Diversity Council. Stephanie is also the executive vice president of Goldman Sachs Private Credit Corp. Prior to her current role, she served as global head of Private Credit Client Solutions for Goldman Sachs Asset Management. Before joining AWM, Stephanie was head of Distressed and Bank Loan Sales within Global Markets. She joined Goldman Sachs in 2004 and was named managing director in 2015 and partner in 2018.Stephanie serves on the Board of Trustees of The Association of Community Employment Programs for the Homeless in New York City.Stephanie earned a BA in Public Policy and a BA in Economics, magna cum laude, from Duke University in 2004.
