Bill is the Senior Vice President for Policy, Advocacy and Government Relations at The Trust for Public Land. In that position, he oversees the strategy and implementation of TPL policies at the Federal, State, and Local levels. He also oversees TPL's Ballot Measure and 10-Minute Walk teams. Bill has worked at the intersection of law, policy, and politics for over 25 years. He has led lobbying teams at TPL, American Rivers, and Campaign for Tobacco Free Kids, and has worked on political campaigns at the city, state, and national levels. Bill graduated from Georgetown University and from Boston College Law School.
