Ali Eid AlMheiri is the Executive Director of Mubadala Real Estate & Infrastructure, a unit of Mubadala Investment Company, managing the company's interests in social and commercial infrastructure developments, with a strategic focus on projects that support Abu Dhabi's future growth and economic diversification. Having joined Mubadala Development Company in 2004, Ali's current mandate includes overseeing the operational and business development of the Mubadala Real Estate & Infrastructure business unit. During his career at Mubadala, Ali has overseen the development of Al Maryah Island, and delivered a range of real estate investments in key global cities such as New York, Berlin, London and Paris. Ali also oversaw the opening of Paris Sorbonne University Abu Dhabi and new campuses at Zayed University, Abu Dhabi and UAE University, Al Ain. He has expanded Mubadala's real estate portfolio to include Zayed Sports City and the Viceroy Hotel Group. Ali currently serves as Chairman on a number of boards including Mubadala CapitaLand Real Estate LLC,Arzanah Real Estate LLC, and Al Sowwah Square Properties.
