Dr Bavykina is Medical Director of Complex Needs, Geriatrics and Continuum in PERMANENTE Medical Group, NCAL. Her areas of oversight include design and implementation of innovative programs for optimal management of aging populations and complex medical patients that may also have unmet psychosocial needs as well as operational oversight of chronic conditions programs, care delivery in skilled nursing facilities, home health and hospice. Dr Bavykina is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Palliative Care and currently practicing in Diablo Service Area in NCAL KP.
