The firm is the 4th largest advisor in the world. An accomplished 30-year industry veteran, Michelle was recruited to drive Russell Investments into its next phase of transformative growth. She has since increased sales by 75% from 2017 to 2019, delivering cumulative gross sales of $88 billion, while deepening its client-centric culture around improving people's financial security. A civic and industry leader, her contributions span local, international and Capitol Hill arenas.
