Gek Lang Lee is a managing director at PGIM Real Estate and chief operating officer of the PGIM Real Estate Asia Pacific region. Based in Singapore, Gek Lang is responsible for assisting the governance and operational management business within the region. She is also a member of the Asia Pacific Executive Committee and the Asia Pacific Investment Committee. Gek Lang was previously a portfolio manager for the Global Real Estate Securities business, responsible for the management of Asian public real estate securities. Before joining PGIM Real Estate in 2007, Gek Lang was global real estate sector head at Moon Capital, where she was responsible for managing a portfolio of real estate stocks spanning Asia and Latin America. Prior to that, Gek Lang was the head of Singapore equities research and a property analyst at UBS, where she was credited with building up the Singapore institutional research team. Gek Lang's duties also included working with the UBS investment banking team in listing REITs in Singapore. Gek Lang has a bachelor's degree from the National University of Singapore and is also a CFA charter holder.
