Khalila Baldwin
Baldwin is responsible for content development and stakeholder engagement across several of the Institute's key events. With a strong passion for international affairs, her previous role focused on US-Africa foreign policy as a senior research analyst at the Africa Center for Strategy and Policy in Washington, DC. Before that, Baldwin was the portfolio director for government-led events based in the United Arab Emirates, leading numerous events on critical issues in Senegal, the UAE, Kuwait, Nigeria, Ghana, and South Africa. Having spent much of her life abroad, she identifies as a third-culture kid and holds dual citizenship in the United States and Nigeria. Baldwin earned her BA from The Ohio State University and her MA in global security and strategy from the School of Oriental and African Studies, University of London.
