As chief growth officer and executive vice president of the Milken Institute, Sarah Sandler drives the organization’s global expansion strategy, delivering measurable results across new markets and driving revenue growth and stakeholder engagement. She leads high-level strategic initiatives that leverage the Institute’s global network of business, philanthropic, and financial leaders to address complex, market-driven challenges. Sandler has led transformative growth across the Institute’s events, programs, and partnerships—spearheading flagship initiatives such as the Milken Institute Associates, Chairman’s Circle, and Executive Circle (an invitation-only group of women CEOs and founders), as well as the Institute’s Family Program, serving ultra-high-net-worth individuals, and the Global Capital Markets Advisory Council, a group of institutional investors and asset owners representing nearly $30 trillion in assets under management. Under her leadership, the Institute has successfully expanded its domestic presence and deepened its roots and relevancy in international markets, including Asia and the Middle East. She plays a key role in shaping collaborative ecosystems that intersect finance, health, policy, and innovation. With more than 20 years of experience, beginning in entertainment marketing with Focus Features and Landmark Theatres, Sandler brings a unique blend of creative vision and business acumen to her leadership.
