Théo Cohan is a director of innovative finance at the Milken Institute, focusing on communications and marketing strategies, and partnerships, and working with her team to develop and execute Financial Innovations Labs®. The Labs are a catalyst for constructive change in a wide variety of pressing global economic, environmental, and social challenges.

Théo is primarily responsible for promoting the impact and outcomes of the Labs including resulting policy changes, the creation of investment funding sources, and facilitating collaborative ventures between the public and private sectors.

Prior to her association with the Institute six years ago, Théo worked in development in the entertainment industry in both the for-profit sector and non-profit sectors. Théo graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts from New York University.
