Elana Jacob is an associate director on the Business and Program Development team at the Milken Institute in the New York office. Since joining the Institute in 2021, Jacob has developed and managed a global portfolio of strategic partners and sponsors for all major Milken Institute convenings, with an emphasis on the Global Conference. She oversees the end-to-end implementation for major supporters across events globally to ensure donor ROI and relationship renewal. Jacob leads sponsor branding across all Institute events and programs, maximizing value for participating supporters by increasing their brand awareness. She also supports Milken Institute Finance’s Inclusive Capitalism Initiative, focusing on democratizing alternatives and expanding access across the business community, working toward greater diversity, equity, and inclusion in asset management by leading fundraising and development. Jacob began her career as a paralegal and holds a BA in political science and Spanish from the University of Southern California.
