As the world reels from the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic, we must not lose sight of another problem, which may be the most urgent facing the planet: climate change. Rising ocean temperatures and sea levels, rapid permafrost melt, dramatic and devastating weather events, ever-rising greenhouse gas emissions: all signal that a problem once considered pressing is now dire. Experts estimate that the world has just 10 years to implement measures that could mitigate the impact of climate change and undo long-term damage. Meaningful climate progress is a complex global challenge that must be addressed through policies, innovation, and behavior change at all levels of society. Our panelists will discuss both discrete and potentially collaborative solutions for an ominous, worldwide issue.
This session will incorporate live polling, presented by the Harris Poll. This interactive feature is available for registered participants only.
