Ulrike Hoffmann-Burchardi

Dr. Ulrike Hoffmann-Burchardi is a Senior Portfolio Manager and Partner at Tudor Investment Corporation, overseeing a global equity portfolio inside Tudor’s flagship client strategy. With an investment thesis focused on digital and data disruption, Ulrike invests in companies that benefit from digital transformation, making substantial use of new data sources to understand market trends and technology adoption. She was recognized in 2022 as one of “100 Most Influential Women in US Finance” by Barron’s magazine. Prior to managing her current fundamental equity portfolio for Tudor's flagship fund, Ulrike was instrumental in building the global quantitative equity investment strategies for Tudor in London and New York from 1999 to 2009. Ulrike serves on the board of 100 Women in Finance, a global 15,000 member non-for-profit organization to empower women in the finance and alternative investment industries. An advocate for STEM education in grades K-12, she serves as a member of the advisory board of NYC FIRST, a global youth-serving robotics community. She holds a Ph.D. in Finance from the London School of Economics and Political Science, and a Master's degree in Finance from the University of St. Gallen in Switzerland. Ulrike is a Fellow of the 2021 class of the Finance Leaders Fellowship and a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network.
