Chad Clinton is the director of media relations for the Milken Institute. Hired to this role in August 2021, Clinton develops and executes strategies to amplify the Institute’s core messages by generating coverage of its pillar workstreams, experts, and events. With over 25 years of experience as a reporter and public relations professional, he previously led communications for the American Pharmacists Association and the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors. Before making the shift to public relations, Clinton served 10 years as a senior reporter and editor at Dow Jones. He began his career as a producer for the George Michael Sports Machine at NBC4 in Washington, DC. Clinton holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in broadcast journalism from Howard University. He works primarily in the Institute’s Washington, DC office.
