Key to Pandemic Recovery: Restoring Career Pathways

Employers across the US and abroad have been dealing with a historic shift in labor thanks to the pandemic, which numerous observers have entitled "the Great Resignation." Workers have been leaving the labor force at an unprecedented rate. Many are urging employers to adopt more flexible work models that include better working hours, more productive meetings, and the ability to work remotely more than once per week. More importantly, how can organizations navigate their way through this unique pandemic-era labor trend?
