Today, we're more acutely aware of the importance of improving health across multiple areas, including mental, biological, social, and environmental aspects to drive good health and well-being. Over the last several years, especially as a response to the mental and physical hardships caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, numerous new approaches to support mental and physical well-being have enabled people to connect to more resources, more professionals, and to one another.
