Martine Polycarpe
Martine Polycarpe is a senior associate at Milken Institute Philanthropy. Her work focuses on the environment and social equity, including advising foundations and corporations on implementing impactful giving strategies. Prior to joining the Institute, Polycarpe worked as a global health and international development consultant whose clients included the World Bank, private foundations, and non-government organizations. Polycarpe also worked as bureau chief for business development and director of global health at ADRA International where her work focused on developing strategies for building a diverse portfolio of large-scale, cross-sector health, development, and disaster relief programs in Africa, Asia, and Latin America. Polycarpe received a master of public health with a concentration in global health and a focus on humanitarian assistance from Loma Linda University and a bachelor of science in business administration from Southern Adventist University. She works in the Milken Institute’s Washington, DC office.
