GEG Group of Companies was named a finalist in October 2023 for its thermoelectric geothermal power generation from low-temperature geothermal. All finalists were awarded a total of $90,000 for their success in the design and semi-finalist rounds of the Milken-Motsepe Prize in Green Energy.
