Ilana Moreno
Ilana Moreno is an associate director on the Feeding Change team at the Milken Institute. She oversees Feeding Change’s communications strategy and leads the sustainable and resilient food systems focus area, including related global programming and projects. Prior to joining the Milken Institute, she spent over eight years in creative communications, operations, and events, working with a variety of local government agencies, private sector clients, educational institutions, nonprofits, and startups on campaigns ranging from community investment and financial equity to entrepreneurship and education. Moreno holds a master of science in public health in health education and health communication from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health (BSPH), a certificate in food systems, the environment, and public health from BSPH, and a BFA from Washington University in St. Louis.
