Emily Musil, PhD, is a managing director at the Milken Institute, where she leads the Institute's Environment and Social Equity Philanthropy portfolio. She also leads innovation competitions for the Milken Institute.

Glorimar Aragon is an associate director with Milken Institute Philanthropy. In her role, she focuses on social impact philanthropy, designing and operating innovation competitions, and advising on philanthropic strategies. Working on a range of issue areas from green energy technology to economic mobility, Aragon uses an equity lens to inform her work.

Martine Polycarpe is a senior associate at Milken Institute Philanthropy. Her work focuses on the environment and social equity, including advising foundations and corporations on implementing impactful giving strategies.

Gaby Alvarado is an executive assistant for Milken Institute Philanthropy at the Milken Institute. Her work at the Institute is largely centered on assisting with special projects, department coordination, and supporting the philanthropy leadership.

Madeleine Cashin is an associate director of Environmental and Social Innovation Philanthropy at at Milken Institute Philanthropy. Cashin is a part of the team designing and operating the Institute’s innovation competitions, including the Milken-Motsepe Innovation Prize Program, a series of multi-million-dollar innovation competitions and programs focused on advancing technological progress towards the UN Sustainable Development Goals in Africa.

Adoma Addo is an associate on the environmental and social innovation team at Milken Institute Philanthropy. With her passion for innovation and sustainable development in emerging markets, she supports work on the Institute’s innovation competitions.

Kellen Silver is a senior associate on the Environmental and Social Innovation team at Milken Institute Philanthropy. His work supports the design and delivery of innovation competitions and other projects for environmental and social impact around the world.
