With over a decade at the Milken Institute, Teresa Whang exemplifies leadership in event planning, VIP relations, and fostering meaningful relationships. As the senior director of strategic initiatives for Milken Institute International, Whang is focused on championing global expansion efforts by identifying ways to build partnerships within the organization, match new opportunities for collaboration with external partners, and customizing meaningful experiences at Milken Institute events.

Simon Radford is a director for Policy and Programming for the Milken Institute in Europe.

Ella Tan is an associate director, Milken Institute International in Singapore. Her current research focuses on vaccination access and delivery, the opportunities and challenges for technology to transform mental health care in Asia, and the role of cloud technology to enhance resilience and advance the Environmental, Social, and Corporate Governance (ESG) goals of the financial sector.

Amos Garcia is a senior director within MIlken Institute International, Asia and based in Singapore. He leads events and programs for our Asia office related to financial technology, food and agriculture, and aging. He also manages government relations in the Asia-Pacific region.

Belinda Chng is senior director for policy and programs at Milken Institute's Asia office in Singapore. She oversees the office's research, outputs, and knowledge partnerships, including the Financial Innovations Labs in Asia, which promotes financial solutions to overcome economic and social challenges.

Perry Wong is managing director, China at the Milken Institute. He specializes in analyzing the structure, industry mix, development, and public policies of a regional economy. His more recent work focuses on regional economic development in greater China and other parts of Asia.

Carole Biau is a director for Global Market Development at the Milken Institute, where she works to inform financial and economic policy across developing and emerging markets. 

Quintus Lim is an associate director of policy and programs for the International pillar at the Milken Institute. He focuses on policy areas such as R&D financing, technological adoption across domains such as health, food, agriculture, finance, and the broader economy, and issues of ecosystem building.

Laura Deal Lacey is the executive vice president, MI International at the Milken Institute. She is also the chairman of the board of FWD Insurance (Singapore), serves as the independent director on the SGX-listed Pacific Century Regional Development (PCRD), and is a member of the Singapore Management University's The Sim Kee Boon Institute for Financial Economics Advisory Board.

Yeen Chee Chong is an associate director for Milken Institute International. Based in Singapore, he oversees and manages strategic communications with a wide range of global and regional media publications and partners.
